Privacy Policy

The Northwest Culture Observatory protects the privacy of users of the Observatory Online in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Observatory's host, the University of Liverpool, is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number Z6390975). 

Personal data on the Northwest Culture Observatory Intelligence Network (COIN) and organisations are uploaded by users under the COIN Profiles and the Directory sections of the Observatory Online. Within the COIN Profiles, COIN members can decide if they wish their personal details to be seen by other Observatory Online users.
